    Typically, follow-up appointments are scheduled 6 to 8 weeks after the initial consultation. During each appointment, we sample more blood and examine it under a microscope to observe any changes. After reviewing the results, we discuss the next steps with the patient. Witnessing positive changes in the blood due to adherence to healthy protocols, such as dietary modifications, hydration, stress management, and lifestyle adjustments, is exhilarating.
